In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we would like to inform you about this processing. EVER Neuro Pharma GmbH, Oberburgau 3, 4866 Unterach, Austria (https://www.everpharma.com) is responsible for data processing (“data controller”).
ACCESS TO VIDEO CONTENT
In some areas of the app, content is downloaded from external servers in order to reduce the memory requirements of the app. For technical reasons, when content is retrieved, the publicly visible IP address of your device is transmitted and stored in a log together with the date and time as well as information about the content retrieved. This log is stored for the purpose of detecting malfunctions, statistical analyzes and detecting attacks on our technical infrastructure. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of EVER (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR) in a secure and efficient operation of the information offers and an optimization of the content. As part of a balancing of interests, this interest was weighed against the rights and freedoms of the app users.
The log data is kept for 1 month. If there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use or attempted attacks, data will be passed on to investigative authorities or technical service providers and legal advisers commissioned by us.
REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION ABOUT UPDATES
D-mine® Pump Training App is aimed exclusively at professional users in the healthcare sector. In order to be able to give you important information about the use of the D-Mine pump and updates of the app, a valid e-mail address is required. By entering the registration code sent to the e-mail address, you also confirm that you work professionally in the health sector. It is therefore necessary to provide the e-mail address in order to fulfill the user agreement (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR).
The data will be kept for three years after registration for verification purposes. EVER reserves the right to check the information and, if necessary, to refuse registration or to revoke a registration that has already been carried out.
Sharing your data
In principle, your data will not be passed on unless this is mentioned in this data protection information. This includes passing it on to technical service providers who have been commissioned by EVER to carry out individual partial processing, but who are not allowed to use the data for their own purposes and are bound by their own agreements to the strict legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification and erasure of your data as well as objection and data portability. If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
